Urban Decay Meltdown Makeup Remover Lip Oil Stick review

Hello Lovelies,

Exciting things have been happening here with my hair and makeup business. In January I was filming then moving into my new hair and makeup studio, so it has been all go. Filming outside in Scotland in January is super cold which means dry skin and chapped lips. I needed a lip product that will last and will keep the lips silky smooth. I had heard great things about the Urban Decay makeup meltdown lip oil stick so I decided to give it a try. It is primarily a lip makeup remover, however can also be used as a lip balm.

After filming I decided to put it to the test and see how it removes lipstick. I wanted a real challenge so I applied a gorgeous deep colour.

Urban Decay Makeup Meltdown Lip Oil Stick – £11

The lip oil stick is really easy to use, all you have to do is apply it all over your lips on top of the lipstick and then use a cotton pad or facecloth to remove. It’s that easy! If there is still some colour left then repeat, however when I used it I only had to do it once.

The thing I loved about this product is that it doesn’t feel oily or greasy at all. Once you have removed your lip colour your lips are left soft and covered in a thin balm. If using this just as a lip balm it really hydrates your lips without being too heavy.

I rate this product 4 out of 5 hearts.

Have you ever tried this or any of the other Urban Decay meltdown makeup remover products? What is your favourite Urban Decay Product? Let me know in the comments below. My all time favourite is the Urban Decay Naked palette. Have a read of my review here.
